India’s adherence-first pharmaceutical company.
Chronic therapy rarely fails at the molecule. It fails in the gaps between refills. Glyca HealthCare Pvt Ltd was built on that conviction: every Glyca brand is designed twice, once for the body and once for the patient’s month.

Our mission
We make it easier to stay on treatment. Glyca designs specialist-guided, release-engineered medicines for chronic and everyday care, and packs a full month of therapy in every box, so a prescription becomes a habit, not a chore.
Our vision
A country where no patient falls off chronic therapy because the pack ran out. By 2030, Glyca is the adherence-first brand that doctors in South India reach for when the goal is keeping patients on course.
What we stand for
Precision in formulation. Continuity for the patient’s month. Candour about quality you can check: pharmacopoeial actives, dissolution-profile equivalence, every batch released on test.
Good medicine keeps its promise. A month in every box.
Glyca HealthCare is India’s adherence-first pharmaceutical company: specialist-guided, release-engineered medicines for diabetes, gastric, respiratory and cardiac care, packed so one prescription fill lasts the whole month.

15 tablets a sheet. 30 tablets a box. One visit a month.
Most medicines in India come in 10-tablet strips, so a month of therapy means three strips, several pharmacy trips and plenty of chances to run out. We redesigned the pack around how people actually take medicine.
One visit covers the whole month
A single Glycamet or GlycaTEL box lasts 30 days at one tablet a day. Refill once, not three times.
Easier to stay on course
Fewer gaps between refills means fewer missed doses, which matters most in diabetes and blood-pressure therapy.
Less waste, less clutter
Two blister sheets instead of three strips, with every tablet sealed until it is needed.
Three disciplines. One standard. Every batch.
We build medicines the way a formulation scientist would want them built: specified at the molecule, proven against the reference, and reproduced identically batch after batch.
Biochemical precision
Active ingredients specified to pharmacopoeial grade (IP/BP/USP), excipient systems chosen for the release profile the therapy demands, and assay, dissolution and impurity limits locked before the first commercial batch.
Bio-equivalence compliance
A Glyca brand launches only when it matches the reference product on dissolution-profile similarity, content uniformity and, where regulation requires, comparative bioavailability. Made at WHO-GMP partner facilities, released under Schedule M.
Batch-to-batch consistency
Validated processes, in-process controls at granulation, compression and coating, release testing on every batch, and stability proven under ICH zone IVb conditions that match Indian storage realities.
Practising specialists define the therapeutic need, strength and a dosing pattern patients can follow.
Release system, coating and excipients chosen for the molecule; equivalence targets fixed before scale-up.
Produced at WHO-GMP partner plants with in-process controls at every critical step.
Batch tested, stability-backed, sealed as 15 tablets a sheet and 30 a box.
Where Glyca’s galenics outperform the generic shelf.
The molecule may be the same. The dosage form decides whether the patient tolerates it, absorbs it and keeps taking it.

DGlycamet’s prolonged-release metformin spares the gut
Immediate-release metformin peaks within one to three hours, so the gut sees a surge of unabsorbed drug that patients feel as nausea, bloating or diarrhoea, the most common reason metformin is stopped. Glycamet-M1 and M2 use a hydrophilic polymer matrix that releases metformin by diffusion and erosion over several hours while glimepiride stimulates insulin secretion. Sitadym adds DPP-4 inhibition and Dapida-10 adds SGLT2 glucose excretion, so therapy steps up without changing the routine.
GRabelgut DSR and Esmoray-D: enteric PPI pellets plus a sustained-release prokinetic
Rabeprazole and esomeprazole degrade at gastric pH. Glyca’s dual-release capsules carry them as enteric-coated pellets that stay intact below pH 5.5 and dissolve at duodenal pH where absorption occurs, over a protective sub-coat that preserves potency. Domperidone 30 mg rides alongside as sustained-release pellets, so motility support lasts the whole dosing interval. GlyRaft adds an alginate raft for immediate reflux control.
RCoftaz-XT and Montigly-LC: every mechanism in one measured dose
A productive cough is thick mucus, narrowed airways and poor clearance at once. Coftaz-XT answers all three in one syrup: ambroxol thins, terbutaline opens, guaiphenesin clears and menthol soothes, with a graduated cap for age-specific dosing. Montigly-LC pairs montelukast’s leukotriene blockade with levocetirizine’s antihistamine action, and Doxcyl-100 pairs doxycycline with lactic acid bacillus, intended to limit antibiotic-associated gut flora disturbance.
